Mass mailings
For associations that utilize MailChimp or CyberImpact for managing their newsletters and other mass mailings, we provide a connector as part of our membership CRM features. This connector automatically synchronizes data between the two systems, supporting both single and multiple audience configurations. It also enables the synchronization of contact information from the Membri 365 CRM to the mailing tool. This optional CRM functionality streamlines your segmentation operations, enabling more targeted mailings
Member requests and freebies
The request management module lets you manage requests from different categories of your members. It lets you set up your own categories and sub-categories of requests, and automate the assignment of requests to the right people according to category. The module is integrated into the member portal and can be integrated into your website by your integrator using our API. Management of membership credits and freebies allows you to set up an amount to be used as a credit when a member joins and/or renews. The credit can be used to pay invoices or via the ticketing service. Please note that credit can have an expiry date, and gratuities are allocated according to membership type.
Opportunity and sponsorship management
This module, a key part of our membership CRM features, aids in tracking your negotiations with companies for the sale of event sponsorships, annual sponsorships, or any other product you offer. It allows you to search for companies, set reminder dates, and make notes. Moreover, when a sponsorship is accepted, the system automatically prepares the invoice.
