Event settings
Our member management solution also includes an integrated association event management module that handles the entire registration and billing process. The module enables you to set up simple or complex events, to market these events, and to offer a number of important parameters for customizing the participant registration process.
Integrated ticketing
For each event offered for sale through the member management platform, a registration link is automatically generated to enable participants to register on our integrated online ticketing service. The participant will be able to log in and provide billing information, select tickets, identify attendees and pay online if the event is ticketed. Additional fees apply for the use of the ticketing service for paid events. There are no fees for free events. The association must pay any charges related to its merchant account, such as credit card fees. You can set up a service fee to be charged to participants if you wish. This may enable you to cover some of the costs associated with using the ticketing service.
Registration management
All registrations received, participant information and invoices generated are centralized in your CRM. Our ticketing service interacts directly with your data. So your information is always up to date. Membri 365 also includes several automated workflows to, among other things, simplify the partial or complete cancellation of a registration or simplify the taking of attendance by participants.
