Payment management
Payments in cash, by check or by bank transfer, collections can be made directly from the CRM. The system triggers various automations depending on the type of invoice, such as activating a member's subscription and updating their status. The payment interface allows the invoice person to pay an invoice received by email online by credit card. We support payment solutions, PandaPay, Global Payments, Stripe, Paysafe and Moneris. Your merchant account will be configured on our platform so that money transacts directly into your account. When a payment is received online, it is automatically applied to the paid invoice in the membership management software to trigger the same automated processes eliminating manual entry of the payment received.
Credit note management

Synchronize with multiple accounting systems
Although Membri 365 allows you to centralize many of your daily invoicing operations, the solution does not replace your accounting system. Our solution includes a synchronization tool that automatically synchronizes new customer accounts, invoices and payments received to eliminate duplicate entry. Our membership management tool supports Acomba X, Acomba Classic, Avantage, Sage 50, Sage 300, Sage Accounting, and QuickBooks Online. We consider it wiser to use accounting software dedicated to your accounting and to have the two specialized systems, CRM and accounting software, work together for better invoicing management.
