Management of memberships and renewals
Several options available to integrate an online membership form into your website to receive new memberships directly into the system. Our automated processes then take over to generate a membership or renewal invoice, send the invoice by email to the member and update their file. All invoices generated can be paid online by credit card using our integrated payment platform from a link included in the email sent to the association member. Concerning renewals, the management platform automatically generates renewal notices and sends them by email to the members to be renewed. It is also possible to configure an automated reminder schedule.
Managing member subscription upgrades
If your association offers multiple membership levels offering different benefits and needs to manage membership upgrades, our solution includes an upgrade process to allow you to calculate and bill an upgrade automatically.
